\nDr. Okello Bosco Otuu, among the first ‘pioneering’ graduates of the ‘GULUNAP’ project (Frederick II-University of Gulu), specializing in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, dreamed of opening a school to train 60 Midwives per year to be scattered throughout the villages
\nreconstituted after the war.
\nThe building, with 6 classrooms and facilities, started in February 2019 and was completed on Feb. 18, 2020 through the underwriting of a fund by the University, INFANZIA Onlus, Nuova Orchestra Scarlatti and citizen volunteers<\/p>\n
